What you need before installing BehindCourt.

| Venue PC OS | Windows 10/11 (64-bit) or macOS (Apple Silicon or Intel) |
| RAM | 8 GB minimum recommended |
| Storage | SSD recommended; local database grows with history |
| Network | Venue router + Wi-Fi; venue PC connected (Ethernet preferred) |
| Other devices | Lobby TV (real browser), staff phones, player phones on the same venue network |
| Internet | Required only for downloading the installer, license delivery, and optional updates |
