All operational data is stored locally on the venue PC. Behind Digital does not host live venue operational data in the offline product model.
How to back up
- Open Settings → Database
- Download a full backup regularly
- Store copies on USB or staff-managed cloud storage
After a PC replacement
- Install BehindCourt on the new PC
- Activate the new license after Behind Digital review
- Restore the latest backup from Settings → Database
