Player check-in guide

Steps

1. 1

   Join venue Wi-Fi

   Connect the phone to the same venue network as the venue PC. Do not use mobile data.

2. 2

   Open Player URL or scan QR

   Use the link or QR from staff / lobby signage.

3. 3

   Enter venue code

   Staff provide the venue code.

4. 4

   Check in

   Register, sign in, guest check-in, or use a Reclub name if the roster was imported.

5. 5

   Join the queue

   When a session is live, join the queue and wait.

6. 6

   Ready and play

   Watch the phone and/or TV Board. Confirm Ready when called to Up Next, then play. Staff records the score.
